Al Calozzi of Calozzi's Italian Kitchen

I'm from the Philly area and have never made a cheesesteak with cheese found in an aerosol can. Even though I occasionally get the whiz, most Philly natives opt for other cheeses such as provolone. The whiz is mostly a kid or tourist thing. Does this place ship in Amoroso rolls? Its all about the rolls people.

I love Vodka Rigatoni so I'll have to check this place out. My mom's rule for the recipe... a vodka shot in the bowl and a shot for you as you cook!

Well, I've had the Vodka Rigatoni here and it's FABULOUS. When I ordered it, Al Calozzi told me that it's the kind of dish that you just can't stop eating and....he was right!! It's not too rich and very satisfying. He uses family recipes from his grandparents. It's the real deal.

Please wait...
