@6, there are lots of places where the commonly-known name of a place doesn't correspond to the name of the municipality, like Factoria (Bellevue), Marlin (Krupp), or White Center (split between the City of Seattle and unincorporated King County).
The real question is whether people who live or work there still call it Winslow.
Now the City of Bainbridge Island. I know, same ol' same ol', but accuracy is important, even to the Stranger, isn't it?
