Guided Eco-Hike in the West Duwamish Greenbelt

Join the Nature Consortium every third Friday of the month for a free, public, guided hike through the West Duwamish Greenbelt, the largest forest remaining in Seattle. Executive Director of the Consortium Nancy Whitlock will guide the hike and explain the history and features of the Greenbelt. Mild difficulty. Free granola bars, but bring your own water bottle! Social Justice Panel and Workshop at the Vera Project Come join in for all three parts of this panel and workshop series at the Vera. The first panel, Art and Activism, will include local artists discussing how they view art as a catalyst for activism. The second event is titled "Seattle Style Racism and Cultural Differences," and the last is "Sharing Our Stories of Power, Privilege, and Oppression." All three of these are the third Thursday of the month, starting on March 21st. You may bring food in lieu of the entrance fee! $0 to $10.
