The Office of Arts and Culture's Civic Partners program seeks to strengthen the arts community by offering two years of funding to "Seattle-based arts, cultural and heritage organizations of all sizes and disciplines with a minimum three-year history of continuous operation and programming and a not-for-profit business structure (does not have to have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status)."
