sigh... why is there never any good news out of Oklahoma? The nuts will say that Oklahoma was picked for the "weather experiment" because they were the reddest state that voted against Obama.
But seriously, Moore was nearly wiped out in '99 when a F5 ripped through. This is not new people, Oklahoma is called "Tornado Alley" for a reason- there are two tornado seasons each year, spring and fall, along with pollen counts and humidity levels Okies have to deal with the sky trying to kill them.
