I don't cook because I live alone and too much food spoils. Forget fresh vegetables, but I do keep a couple of apples and oranges in stock. For me it is cheaper and less wasteful to eat out most of the time. Occassionally I'll cook pasta with frozen vegetables. Oh, and coffee - lots of coffee.

Agreeing with biffp. Robson Street is a main street like First or Broadway with many shops, restaurants, and services. I can see the benefit of rerouting cars, but buses need to go where the people need to go. That's the point.

Sweet! Sorry cab drivers, but I'm going to use the f*ck out of this streetcar. Right now I take either 2 buses from Pioneer Square to Capitol Hill, or I walk so far to the bus stop that I might as well keep walking to my destination. Cabs if the weather is terrible or late at night.

I'm excited about the cycle track too.

That's not so bad. When I lived in Atlanta a random man passing me on the sidewalk screamed he would rape me because I did not respond to him saying "Hello" to me. Sorry dude, but from a block away I could tell you were nuts. I called the cops anyway and reported the threat.

Don't tell me to smile more either.

Baraka is my #1 favorite movie of all time. I was thankful to catch it at the Cinerama about a year ago during their 70mm Festival. I'm seeing Samsara there tonight. A true feast for the senses!
