St. Dames Cafe.
The food is great, and most of the menu can be made Vegan and Gluten-Free. The waitstaff is friendly, and the mixed-drinks are inexpensive, interesting and tasty.
While the menu caters to just about every concern: local, vegetarian/vegan, organic - everything I've had there was delicious. Even items like the vegan risotto gave no hint "compromise", just a tasty dish that disappeared quickly.
And restaurant itself is attractive but comfortable, with a mix of tables and booths.
I hear the brunch there is amazing, and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
