As soon as I read the headline I could hear his voice in my head. He was always good-natured and gracious. I rarely took his paper but always gave him the dollar if I had it. He was a treasure.

Hey morons, limiting the number of licenses reduces the number of cabs circling for a fare, reducing congestion. In NYC that reduction in congestion reduces the average time it takes to hail a cab.

I knew 10-20 kids with collections like that back in high school in Kansas. I had a rival knife collection and some of the same pieces. And are they really filling space with a fishing filet knife, a whittling knife, and some pocket knives?

While I never listened to much Killing Joke, Youth has been influential in my musical education through several different forms. He owned an occult shop with Jimmy Page! He (and Jaz Coleman) did those amazing symphonic tributes to Pink Floyd and others! And he also worked with Simon Posford! and and and. Dude's incredible.
