Lined up for my ride home at around 4:40. Didn't arrive at my front door until about less than 20 minutes ago. It's now 9:27.

The list lacks representation the the criminally underrated The Wake.

Apr 15 Grrr commented on 7 Remarkable Robert Fripp Moments (Not With King Crimson).
I remember seeing Fripp playing solo guitar as he warmed up for the more bombastic headliners of the G3 tour back in the 90s. I can now look back and reflect that his perfirmance was actually more groundbreaking than the fingerboard antics that Vai and Satriani were doing that night.

Strangely enough, I'm writing all of this on the day after seeing Petrucci's shredfest with Dream Theater.

Agreed.

When they played the title track, I somehow thought of my parents who moved halfway around the world to begin their retirement. I need to give them a call.
Aug 23, 2013 Grrr commented on Big Weekend for Comic Books.
I've gotten a lot of great recommendations from Zanadu staff through the many years of visits. My personal recommendations to pick up are the compiled prints of The Killer (the first anthology in paperback only got its release recently) and Blacksad. Those Europeans sure do comics differently than the Americans.
