What a strange thing to vote on. I'm an educated person, but the amount of knowledge I have about whether fluoridated water is good or bad is about nil. Can't like, a group of scientists decide?

What I've learned from the recent slew of posts about kids shooting each other: If the kid is 7 or younger, it's described as "accidental." But at age 8 (the Alaska boy who shot his sister) a criminal investigation is required. Justice!

Seems like a tone deaf speech to give to a bunch of new college grads. Who can take on the expense of a kid while crippled with student loan debt? Very few are able to pay for school by sale of stock.

Beautiful picture, though I still spot those uncomfortable benches. I rode the train many, many times as a college student and for a few years afterward. That's a huge improvement. (Does the train itself still smell vaguely of urine?)
