commented on Married Couple Who Shot and Pepper Sprayed Milo Yiannopoulos Protestors Charged With Assault
What I find interesting in the FB discussion is something that I have seen elsewhere at trump rallies...
This guy is quite short, overweight and middle aged. Yet he's excited to be explicitly planning on "wading through the crowd and cracking skulls" despite being very ill-suited for it. Because he feels strength in numbers. Finally he can lash out against those he hates safely and with approval. But because he's actually a coward and couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag, of course he brings a gun and pepper spray .
It reminds me of some of the trump rally altercations. 75 year old men with stooped shoulders throwing punches with their faces filled with rage.

commented on Helen Fisher on Open Marriages: "They never end up working long-term."
"The reasons open marriages don’t work are biological, Dr. Fisher said: The parts of the brain involved in romantic love are next to areas that help orchestrate thirst and hunger, she said. "
That sentence is just straight up pseudo-science. I was unable to relocate any research involving any measurements of the brain at all related to open marriage.

This header is innacurate and inflamatory:
"Feds Invade Pot Farm in Search of Occupational Safety Data"
When the story describes OSHA performing a non-hostile inspection with the cooperation and support of the business. Extending normal worker protections and workplace safety regulations to the new businesses is a positive thing, both for the normalization of weed, and for the workers employed in it.

ugh. I live in Wallingford right off of their route, waking up to the inanity. Honestly, I don't think it should be legal to make so much repetivive noise over a large area for such a dumb reason.
