What about our homeless neighbors in Pioneer Square? What will be the impact to their quality of life?

Eli, here are some Depression-era oral histories of people who lived in "hobo jungles." This word was very much in use where I grew up in rural Indiana...the train went by our house and we weren't allowed to walk down the tracks one direction because a "jungle" was down there.

@14 - O'Brien didn't do enough. I'm tired of issuing hall passes to our progressive(ish) favorites. He needed to do more! Screw him.

This is heartbreaking. I wrote in to my council member (O'Brien), after the first article, asking what could be done to help the POC-owned businesses on 23rd Street. Crickets.

@5 -- I hear you. My point of view is that we should bag the caucus and go mail-in primary, since that attracts the most people and is less obstructive to people who cannot carve out a bunch of time on caucus day or who just plain want to cast a vote and not engage in #caucusdrama

I swear to God if Bernie had won the primary or Hillary, I would have the same opinion. Make it easy, keep it simple, get the most people into the game. #WAprimary
