Geezuz Mike... Ginsburg is the sharpest tool on the court, despite her age and her malladies. Her dissent isn't a morality lecture, it is a well-crafted critique. What ever strategic points you make (and they may be well founded), I am happy she's there and more than any justice on the court (read her Wiki bio) she deserves her place on the bench.
