I think this article is important. Bands should be intensely protective of their gear and this is a great reminder of that. Just the first couple guitars alone on that list should be watched 24/7 in any city you play in. It seems pretty obvious that the people giving Megan shit for this are either associated with the band and/or Mars Hill.

Also, I'm with Megan. Fuck Mars Hill and it's misogyny/homophobia. Call that shit out any chance you get. She never said anything about liking the band or not (other than being a boring folk band, but can you really argue with that?). This kind of criticism is absolutely fair game.
