as of last year there were over 2700 breweries in the US and over 200 of those were in Washington State. This is the way for InBev to start squeezing out the independent brewers. The privatization of the alcohol distribution industry has already hurt the small brewer. InBev can force anyone who carries bud (and face it, lots of folks want it) will need to carry their "specialty" brands. It take up tap space and it takes up shelf space. We will see a contraction of choice. We have been spoiled by the choice of good beer in just about every establishment around the Seattle, Portland area. Even the dive bars have at least a couple good taps. When I travel I realize just how good we have it. When you allow a major brewer/bottler/distributer to corner that much of the market that they have shown historically that they want to strangle competition, it doesn't end well.

what a huge bummer last night. After being in the finals for 20 minutes we lost it. And after freezing our butts off too.
It was a great season and we have a core that could continue into next year too. It will be sad to not have Yedlin but I think we can adjust. Lamar is showing signs of greatness between his bouts of awfulness. If we can pick up anther midfielder who can feed Dempsey and Oba we should be good to go.
And to those that find soccer boring, you obviously don't understand the game so just go away and stop showing us your ignorance.

riding on the sidewalk is not illegal, but just about as dangerous, crossing traffic is still crossing the sidewalk. plus it will take you over 30 minutes to ride through town at a walking pace. I can do Stewart to the stadiums in under 5 minutes on the road.

as someone who is working in the tech field @6 has it spot on. Pay is good here and it is probably 90% male. I am a hiring manager and I have only seen one female apply for my open position and probably 50 males. Sadly she didn't have the basic qualifications to even bring in for an interview.
Getting women into the tech field is the way to equalize salaries.
