"KOMO 4 ran a Drum School story today at 5 PM. People from the PI are stopping by tomorrow. DPD told KOMO News that they are "looking into the matter." And from a source who knows the Deputy Mayor, the Mayor's office is "moving on it."

Wrote the Mayor for his thoughts or a statement. Will post any developments.
Followed up with Steve about what he thinks people who want to help Seattle Drum School should do. He said, "What a lot of people have suggested is that it’s going to require a political solution. We have heard that city councilman Nick Licata is the most vocal champion for the arts in our city. I feel most comfortable recommending that people contact his office with concerns."
I will follow up with the Department of Planning and Development for a statement as well.
