Regardless of the sex, I'm just not interested in having someone stay the night with my kids. I also have kids who - hold your breath - have to share a room. But even if I didn't, I'd rather they work on that after leaving home for college or their own apt. This may also be good motivation for taking the next step in life.

I'm still surprised (and pleased) that Romney actually got 2 million fewer votes in this election, than McCain got the last time. I mean they REALLY pushed for the hate and the vote and everything, and McCain had Palin to deal with. Romney had a bigger population to draw on as well. But It just shocks me.

Such a sad story. Regardless of one's opinion on abortion, this is a horrible story. It would seem that some who troll might see this as a slippery slope scenario: If we let this mother live then it may cause other abortions. I don't get that logic. Her death neither implies that all abortions are good decisions. But her situation is a clear example that the health of the mother has to matter. She has a right to life too.

I like the party idea, but I would reframe it from "thank you" to "we did it together". This is how I feel anyhow. Thanks aren't the thing - victory is the thing. And... we can do it together again and again... that's right.
