The regular police heard you were badmouthing them. They're outside your door with a battering ram and swat gear ready to execute you right now.
2
How do you make it through life. You sound ridiculously sensitive. And is tapping on really that difficult?
3
Agreed. I've experienced Metro fare enforcement and Sound Transit enforcement to be very courteous and professional.

Oh I wouldn't worry about the police. Right now it's so hard to recruit for the constant hassles the only thing left to fight crime might be the kindness of your neighbors---and if you don't believe that just look at all the shootings of the last month. Seattle might as well rename itself to the "Snake Pliskin Memorial Penitentiary".

Very unusual illustration by Steven Weissman, which is the only real reason I follow this column (come for the Weissman; stay for the comments).

I guess he may have reached his limit during the allotted time, since he chose to illustrate the exterior of a train, instead of caricaturing the parties involved in the story. Probably wiser to stick to the polygon tools, than to attempt to work his usual magic with the brush tools.

Hope Mr. Weissman had a nice long weekend.

Thornhill might want to try medication to spare him from his delusional raging paranoia.
7
They're not armed, y'know. They have batons, but you can always do a runner from a baton.

You know, it's really weak-titty when the closest you've come to fear for your life is the fare checker on a sounder train. You might as well have written: "I anonymous: I make some money, I never go hungry, things are pretty good overall except I feel sad sometimes"

Can't tell if some responses are missing the sociopolitical point accidentally or on purpose. Probably some of each.

Yeah I agree about pitching in and very much appreciate the service. But 3 weeks ago my boyfriend's and I attempted to purchase tickets but the machine ate our money. So we approached transit security and asked them if it was ok to ride. Then after the5min talk between the two of them... I wasn't even sure they we are going to respond to us. They say yeah it's cool. Upon us getting on one of them then id's us and we got our 1 free with out ticket ride. Now how's that fair we did the right thing we got permission if I would have known I would have waited for a more useful time to use my 1 free ride. Douche dike transit cop

Please wait...
