Yes it was all part of an insidious "PR" scheme called "coming up with a fun idea for a show and then doing it." Your band should try it sometime.

YES it was all about PR. And Yes the stranger is giving this too much time. That being said, these guys had a lotta nuts to give up part of their "image" for some PR. Would ZZ-Top do it? Would you? No you wouldn't because you're a pussy that can only critisize from a keyboard. Nice job, it was FUN! & thanks to the Funhouse for hosting.

Can anyone attend an event without taking a photo any more? Every crowd shot I see shows everyone in the audience taking pictures. Relax and enjoy it people, if you want photos for posterity you can steal them from your choice of blogs.
