Midday Veil Live @ Wall of Sound Midday Veil Live @ Wall of Sound

Posted by on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 12:02 PM

Seattle's Midday Veil played an excellent set of trance-formative, (Mazzy)star-dusted psychedelia at Wall of Sound Sunday evening, Aug. 23. The videos below document the slowly unfolding, spiritualized epic "Divide by Zero/Asymptote," which held me in a velvety grip of bliss after the most emotionally wracked week of my life.

On the horizon: Midday Veil perform Sat. Sept. 12 at the Rendezvous and Sat. Sept. 26 at Vera Project for the inaugural Escalator Festival.

What you getting your bass sounds out of, David? Sounds good. At first I thought there was a bassist off camera.

Sure, the case is cheesy as hell, but its audio guts are 100% analog.
