Being a Bellingham ex-pat, I like to keep tabs on how things are going ninety minutes to the North. One thing that my B'ham friends are big on right now? Make.Shift.

Make.Shift is transforming an historic auto body shop into an all-ages arts and music hub, which will host all-ages concerts, affordable band practice space, a local art gallery, resource library and more. We're partnering with WHAAM (Whatcom All-Ages Arts and Music) to make it happen!

Right now Make.Shift has a campaign on Kickstarter going, where they've already raised $6,370 of their $8,500 goal. Pretty impressive, right? They've got a little under two weeks to come up with a little over $2,000.

Maybe you have a little spare cash you wanna throw at them? Throw it here.
