Joshua Henderson of Skillet/Westward renown renovated this roadside tavern next to the Woodinville Whiskey distillery, near all the Woodinville wineries. The menu is "wine country farm cuisine together with whiskey and cheeseburgers, roasted meats, fresh pastas, and, most importantly, house-made soft serve ice cream," all made with fresh, local ingredients. Also: fire pits (Westward's is great), plus patios and lawn games for summertime. Opening chef Angie Roberts (from the flashy, pricey, but less-than-stellar BOKA) departed rather quickly (going to the Marination team); Brian O'Connor, of Madison Park Cafe and Skillet Diner, took over.
