Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum
The Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum aims to "preserve and interpret the heritage of the Columbia Pacific region, including the lower Columbia River and adjacent coastal areas of southwestern Washington and northwestern Oregon, with a special emphasis on the Columbia’s north shore, the Long Beach Peninsula and vicinity of Willapa Bay in Pacific County, Washington." This mission was established in 1982 by City Council member and museum founder Noreen Robinson. Today, the museum houses over 23,000 artifacts and focuses on fostering values of heritage and community.
