Another project of chef Josh Henderson and his Huxley Wallace Collective (Westward, Quality Athletics), Bar Noroeste offers “tacos, sandwiches, ceviches, and even late night taquitos” with an emphasis on modern and unexpected preparations of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Try crispy pig ears with chimichurri, venison crudo, or mushroom al pastor tacos, the latter of which come with house-made tortillas and salsas.
