The bad news is that Mike and Victoria Easton’s excellent Pizzeria Gabbiano is gone forever; the good news is that it’s been replaced with their Il Corvo Pasta Studio. You can watch up to ten fresh pastas being made daily (the same pastas that are served at the Eastons’ beloved restaurant Il Corvo)—as well as purchase them. Also available: dried pastas, Il Corvo sauces, Italian wines, and anything else you might need to make a beautiful pasta dinner.
