Crush is very posh, ensconced inside the old-fashioned house on Madison near 23rd. (There’s also a sleek little kitchen-view bar and a lavender-filled hidden back patio.) The food is made with French technique, local/seasonal ingredients, and modern American style, and it’s fancy and delicious. Crush is also priced accordingly.
