Pho Cyclo’s pho costs more, but the broth is subtler and the atmosphere’s a step up. The cold bun noodle bowls with pork and/or shrimp and/or other savory goodies on top are great summertime food—between that and the pho, there’s always a good lunch or supper to be found here.
