While the interior at this restaurant in the Seattle Art Museum is sleek, civilized, and hypercontemporary, the food can be rather hum-drum. Still, there is an admirable emphasis on using organic and/or sustainable products from local purveyors, and the attractive bar suggests itself as a happy place. The kitchen executes the simpler bar menu fairly well, and at happy hour—recent options included Kusshi oysters, padron pepper croquets, and rosemary frites—they're practically paying you to eat there.
