A restaurant on Broadway serving dumplings with a variety of different fillings (using some local/seasonal ingredients), Dumpling Dojo is where Siam used to be, and only there until the space becomes a bank. The dumplings are much more expensive than those you'll find elsewhere. Are they worth it? That's a matter of some debate.
