Marcela's Creole Cookery
While the mural’s insane and the decor’s a little hodge-podge, the old-fashioned Pioneer Square room is marvelous, and the owner (transplanted from New Orleans) is a total charmer. In terms of the Cajun/Creole cuisine, while the etouffee’s on the thin side, sandwiches and anything fried are fantastic. The bread pudding with whiskey sauce is also awesome.
