This stylish restaurant and bar specializes in Japanese street food at Belltown indoor prices, but you can still try a lot of things for not a lot of cash. The skewers are all a few bucks each: tender shiitake mushroom, not-too-sweetly glazed dark-meat chicken, not-too-chewy chicken heart, diced beef or beef tongue, peppery scallop, prawn. Unskewered snacks are good, tooPlus there’s a full bar with an interesting cocktail menu—though the food goes traditionally (and great) with beer.
