After the Tully's in this downtown location closed, baristas Jennifer Lentz and Shariesse Hewitt (both in their early 20s) decided to open Phoenix Cafe. "We didn't want to end up not seeing the customers we have got to know," Hewitt said. The ballsy duo serve Fonte coffee and adventurous signature drinks, including a white mocha with chili powder.
