Tan Dinhβs banh mi are said by some to be the best in town. Our investigation found that the pork version could use a few more veggies, but the bread was soft inside and crunchy-crusted, with a correct amount of mayo deployed. Despite the best efforts of a decoratively scraped cucumber, Tan Dinhβs tofu banh mi lacked sauce and flavor, and was judged boring. Still, so cheap! Why the hell not!
