Snoqualmie Ice Cream Cafe and Farm
Snoqualmie Ice Cream makes its own ice cream using milk from Edaleen Dairy in Lynden and ingredients that mostly come from their own sustainable farm and other local sources. They also provide the ice-cream base for places like Molly Moon's, Full Tilt, Lunchbox Laboratory, and Husky Deli (so if you like those places...). Their cafe serves sandwiches and, of course, ice cream, and there's a self-guided farm tour, too.
