Owner and Chicago transplant Benjamin Kulikowski provides Seattle with authentic versions of his hometownโs famous eats: deep-dish pizza, Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago dogs, and more. The deep-dish pizza is good: The crust tastes buttery but isnโt squishy, and the toppings are generous and fresh. Kulikowski also pays homage to Seattle with locally sourced ingredients.
