THIS IS A NON-STORY. HOMELESS PEOPLE HAVE ALWAYS KNOWN HOW TO FIND FREE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. HOSPITALS AND PUBLIC RESTROOMS ARE THE BEST PLACES. [Think about all the times you have seen someone standing at the sink in a public restroom charging her/his phone; Wal-Mart restrooms are notorious for phone charging. The same is true for hospital lobbies and "waiting" rooms]. THE PRACTICE HAS BECOME SO RAMPANT MANY Greyhound Bus Terminals ACROSS THE COUNTRY HAVE NON-OPERATIVE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN THEIR LOBBIES.
