When they're good, the sweet crepes are buttery yellow, the savory a beautiful brown (due to their buckwheat flour), and all are crispy at the edges and larger than the plates underneath them. Whether wrapped around smoked salmon, sauteed mushrooms, or caramelized apples, these are the perfect food—ephemeral and hearty at the same time. When they're bad, the crepes look and taste like something to which you'd apply ointment. Dining at 611 can be a crapshoot, but don't give up on them yet—the lounge is dim and sexy, and crepes are half-price at happy hour.

my favorite place in seattle!
ignore all bad reviews. if you go anywhere at a busy time you will have to wait for a table. but i personally have never had to at 611. there food is rich in flavor and delicious and every time the bill comes i cant believe how inexpensive it is. we try to go here as much as possible. love the decor and atmosphere.

LOVE IT
They are wonderful. Great food and great service as well. It was pretty busy but they did treated us very nice. This place became my favorite and I can not wait to go back! See you again very soon.

The Coffee. Oh the coffee..
I'm torn - on one hand I want to tell more people about this place but on the other hand, I don't want it to get any busier. As you can tell from some of the reviews, it gets crowded. The one time you were there, perhaps they made a mistake in seating someone else before you. Maybe it took almost an hour to sit down and order. All I can say is - so what? Ever worked at a popular weekend brunch place? Bottom line, its worth it. Be patient. grab a copy of the stranger and chill out at the bar and have a drink ok? The food is Amazing - they've got sweet, they've got savoury. Their coffee (press) is out of this world. Seriously the boldest, tastiest coffee I've found in seattle. Everythings priced decent so thats a plus as well. The servers are the nicest people too. Recommended! If you're the impatient type, try the julias up the street on broadway. PS never done dinner so don't know anything about that

perfect
while reading reviews I was hesitant but figured I wasnt in a hurry and if i experienced slow service, it wouldnt be a big deal. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and took a seat on a cool mini love seat in the corner. The ambiance was perfect, music was appropriate, service was great and drinks were reasonably priced. The server was attentive and the fact that we could get 2 desserts and a beer for under 20 bucks at 11pm was perfect!
Check this place out-its definitely worth it.

Good food and decent service (for only one server)
We popped in here when the wait for Machiavelli was over an hour. We were seated right away. We ordered salads and crepes. I got some veggie-cheese one and my husband had ham. I definitely had entree envy. Both were good, but his was just so MUCH better. Anyway, our service was leisurely but comfortable. And considering I only saw one server, I was pretty impressed. It was a bit noisy, and definitely not private, but a good place to meet up with friends.I'll go back again.

Long Wait Times
I've been to 611 Supreme a few times, and all but one time I had to wait extremely long to get a seat. Last time we sat near the bar for a good 30 minutes or more until we were seated -- the rest of the dining experience seemed to last an hour and a half. It was one of those times where the longer you waited, the more angry you got. The waitress was very unfriendly; I think I'd have gotten better service if I looked as conformist and trendy as the rest of the hipsters in this place.
The food was good though, really good. I snorted it through a straw it was so good.

Long Wait
Two weeks or so ago, it took over 1 1/2 hours to get a seat and to actually get food served. The restaurant was NOT packed (there were open seats!) at all. The server brought our appetizer and our crepes at the same time which kind of defeated the purpose of ordering an appetizer. The side of potatoes was cold but after waiting, and waiting and waiting, I did not want to wait any more for them to cook a new batch up. The food is good if you can get it warm and if it doesn't take over an hour get your appetizer and meal at the same time. I'll be going elsewhere. We did not receive any apologies for the wait when the restaurant was empty.

good crepes
611 Supreme is a good place to go get a good drink and just relax. There is a nice energy there, especially in the bar area. I am not a big fan of the dining room ambiance but I do like the crepes. They are one of the few places that serve savory crepes correctly, with buckwheat or sarazin batter. They really enhance the flavor of the ingredients used and they are quite authentic.

Horrible Service
I will never return to this place again. After waiting almost an hour for a table, we finally got seated and put in an order, only to be completely ignored from then on. After waiting almost another hour for our food (and noticing that the table next to us had already eaten and left, despite being seated only a few minutes before us), we finally had to yell across the room just to get our server attention. When we asked what was taking so long, she seemed shocked that we were annoyed and nonchalantly said, "That's how we roll here." We promptly cancelled our order and walked out. Even if the food was stellar, I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

For chicks only
I don't know if real dudes read The Stranger at all anymore. I mean, I sleep with a man, but I'll take a dark beer and The Melvins over some wine and The Postal Service any day -- and I will not stoop to the level of tastelessness to declare 611 Supreme a decent place to eat.
It is a decent place to eat if your name is Tamara, and/or if you collect handbags. It is a decent place to eat if you're an emaciated tour group from Bellevue, and you crave eggs after shoe-shopping. It is a decent place to eat if you let your girlfriend pick because it's the only way of getting in her pants that night.
Otherwise, thank god the drinks are strong.

so much fun
I was here a couple of weekends ago, making up for a bad birthday. I had such a blast. We had great service, and they are generous with their food portions. I enjoyed my Jasmine martini's to the last drop. We had so much fun, we stayed for another round in the lounge. The best part was, that nobody was bumping into me and my table.

the crepes are not to die for, but get a $30 bottle of champagne with some friends or for you and your sweetie in the bar! the bartenders are nice and attentive.

Call Ahead.........
The bar at 611 is obviously this places bread and butter. The service on the restaurant side can be mediocre at best. The Chicken however is to die for although it takes a half an hour. Get in, eat, pay, leave if the bar is not your scene. It can get very loud and packed on the bar side so be prepared.

Chicken Super!
i rate based on food quality and overall service and ambience. the food quality has always been very good here. the chicken and beef dishes are very good. the crepes are done well. sometimes the service is a bit lackluster thus the one star off

I want to be there right now
This place is a gem. I've been going for years. Just the right size room, simple furniture, nice wall colors, brick, tall ceilings -- seems just a bit too nice for that part of Pike/Pine. For brunch there's awesome savory, say a Salmon crepe with scallions, or awesome sweet, maybe a crepe with powdered sugar to keep it simple. And that works just as well for dinner, for that matter. Good coffee, good wine, fair prices. And as a bonus, the bar next door has just the same comfortable but classy feel. This is one I'll fight for if the wrecking ball is looming!

Oooh, mama likes...
It's small, it's cute, the crepes are (usually) lip-smackin' good, and the coffee is better than most breakfast joints.
They may get a little snooty on yah if you don't order your coffee properly (Oh, I beg your pardon sir, may I have a mezzo breve please and fuckyou?) but what the hell. It's a nice place to hang your bones on a Sunday mornin'. Uh, afternoon.

Awesome food, great prices
Not just for breakfast/drinks! Go for dinner. As one of my dining companions said, "if I had known I could get mussels for $10 in Capitol Hill I would have been down here all the time." The mussels were plump and silky, the pate was sealed in by fatty fatty goodness. DO NOT MISS the anchovy crepe. It sounds weird but it's the best thing you'll ever put in your mouth! I can never resist their large french press coffee, either; it puts regular coffee to shame.

i'm a huge fan of 611's savory crepes & large pots of french press. they also have a great evening atmosphere with some of the finest drinks on the hill. great service, great food & drinks.

Low Key European - Well Priced
For the price and the atmosphere - this places food is top notch. Low key and friendly, it's a great place to eat regularly.

Maybe I'm lucky?
We occasionally visit 611 and I guess we're lucky because in the past 7 years each time has been wonderful. We met up with some friends for dinner and drinks a couple weeks ago, the drinks were strong and the custom crepe I ordered was SO GOOD. Besides getting a bit loud and echoey when it's busy I'd recommend it to anyone.

Stick to the bar
The bar is a friendly and comfortable place. The drinks are not a work of art but good basic drinks if a little on the strong side (who's complaining). It gets a little loud at the predictable times so I'd stick to an off hours off days approach to build a little appreciation for the place. It was one of the last hold-outs of the smoking genre and for that alone they deserve some appreciation (but alas the power of the market was taken from their hands... and worse still I'm a (ugh) non-smoker now (no relation).

Same As It Ever Was?
There was a time when I craved 611 Supreme. Recently I went with a friend for breakfast/brunch and had a terrible experience. We were sat by the waitress, ordered food and began the wait for the food to arrive. It was not busy at the time. Shortly after we ordered, a group of 5 friends of the waitress came in and they all started joking and talking. No big deal. Until the group of 5 was served their food before we were. When our food finally showed up, my crepe was cold and crispy. My friends crepe was undercooked. It may be a good place to sit and have wine and it may be great if you know the staff, but that was the last time we'll ever eat there again. There are better and cheaper crepes pretty much everywhere.

Nice little french place
611 is a charming little crepe place. Reasonably priced. The bar is a great first date place. The dining room is perfect for having long wine enhanced conversations
