Speaking from experience, being pepper sprayed is an incredibly unpleasant experience. And no, it was not by the police, it was as I was being jumped.

Yesterday, I pepper sprayed all of my friends at Thanksgiving dinner. But that was due to bad cooking skills.

If they really want to disperse a crowd they should arm the cops and renta cops with atomizers filled with "Gwen Stefani L".
