I don't have sound hooked up so I just watched the video without hearing it, so all I really got was

TAX CUTS!!!!

and

UNLEASH AMERICA'S ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which sounds about as cogent as most Republican plans. Cut taxes, and then just wait for everything to fix itself! Because it will, right? ... right?
