When you take a photograph of someone pissing (don't ask), it's not a constant stream like you might expect but a series of evenly spaced droplets of urine. Granted that wasn't the first thing *I* thought when I saw this billboard, but Charles may be onto something here.

To me, it appears as if the "chicken" pieces are coming OUT of the lipsticked mouth (I would not presume it is a woman's mouth).
