Look, 'tens of billions' of dollars (pinky in mouth) sounds like a lot of money, but we're talking an enacted Federal budget of $3.796 trillion, orders of magnitude bigger, which makes the percentage of waste due to duplication and overlap pretty reasonable given the breadth and scope of the government.
Hell, even if we accept Coburn's "more like $100 billion per year", that's still not particularly impressive, given dumbfucks like the junior United States Senator from Oklahoma are part of the branch of government that holds the purse-strings.

Isn't it worth pointing out that illustrating a story about restaurants in the ID with Fenix Tattoo isn't just disingenuous because Fenix Tattoo is in Pioneer Square -- but also that it's not a restaurant?
