My question: was that goldfish harmed in the making of this video?

OMG! I hope they are handing out anti-psychotic drugs at their convention. All those "austerity" measures in Europe are flushing their economies down the toilet.

But what about the goldfish? WHAT ABOUT THE GOLDFISH?!?

Did Herman Cain order the suffering and death of a goldfish for that commercial?

They fucking killed a gold fish and filmed it suffocating for a commericial?? Gold fish may not be puppies and I might like eating salmon every summer, but JESUS FUCKING SICK-ASS CHRIST!

Who does that? What advisors, producers, and shoot director says that's okay??

@6 It was a stunt double, switched in the scene cut, played by Floatie-The-Dead-Goldfish. You can tell -- the coloration on the fins is different.

Classic bait and switch. Just like the Repugnicants and their economic fearmongering and empty promises.

Bait. And switch.

Let's not overthink this, it's just a very early ad for his next book.
Also, poor fish : /

Was that Nick Nolte's crow doing the voiceover?

Why is the liberal media ignoring goldfishgate?!?

Is that why that poor little girl seemed so morose? Was she told to watch the horrible death of her pet goldfish (named "Goldy")? Where are the parents?!?

Can't we all agree that this economy cannot be fixed through the torment of innocent goldfish?

Reverse Polarity 15
Ahahahahahaha! It would have been even better if it had shown Cain smiling/grimacing at the camera at the end. He makes the best commercials.

Are you sure this wasn't produced by Tim and Eric?

Did he kill a goldfish for that commercial? Murderer!

Repubs hate animals. First Romney straps Seamus on his roof and drives to Canada and now Cain murders a goldfish for a stupid commercial.

Please stop involving children in politics, people. If only for the fact that they can't even pronounce the words in the script.

COMTE 20
@18:

So NOT true. Republicans LOVE animals - baked, fried, grilled, sauteed (well, only if you don't use that FRENCY word), BBQ'd, boiled, roasted, braised, broiled...

I kept expecting the little girl to take a drag from a half-smoked cigarette, like in the Mike Block ad.

Wow, talk about crazytown! That was...frightening, to say the least.

And if you actually scroll down and click over to the Sick of Stimulus homepage, it looks like there will be more videos!
