Bummer. His fashion writing tends to be largely hilarious.

This is all the stuff that got cut from National Lampoon in 1978.

Don't forget he's a small gov't., anti-Obama Republican.

It's funny, because by the title and cover you would think it was hilarious and clever. Oh wait, no, you wouldn't. But thanks for confirming my book-by-its-cover judging.

His DOs and DON'Ts were Vice's best and most consistent feature. I guess it's not too surprising he's a genuine asshole considering that's what made his writing so funny.

So, Paul, when are you going to learn how to resize images before posting? Browsers do a terrible job at it.

Maybe he'll go to Cambodia looking for cheap hookers, step on a landmine and get asploded.

@3: "Don't forget he's a small gov't., anti-Obama Republican."

Only ironically.

Supreme Ruler Of The Universe 12

Right, this guy represents conservatism the way the Trailer Park Boys represent the Clinton Democrat.

It's hard to decide which is the most off-putting factor: the pathetically "zany" cover, the title, or someone from a magazine no self-respecting person (read: man) reads acting as if he's some sort of expert or celebrity whose exploits people would want to read about.

This guy is not edgy nor is he a gonzo journalist. Hunter S Thompson would call him a bastard and punch him in the face.

You know, a lot of the time you can judge a book by its cover.

i've always hated his pointlessly mean-spirited ultra-cynical piece of shit magazine. fuuuuuuuck this guy.

Good god, the cover alone screams 'massive man child'.
Is this really what american men thrive to be?

Douche bag writes a douchey book. So what? I can think of 100 authors who are more insufferable than this. You could have reviewed Rachel Maddow's new book, but no, had to make a beeline for the lowest common denominator. Hey Paul, maybe next week you can review Snookie's new book!

Wow, as someone who enjoys irreverent jokes, I find this shit painfully unfunny. I have such ambivalence toward Vice, I really like the stuff Shane Smith does with VBS, but it seems like the majority of the articles I read now try way too hard to crack lame jokes.
