Cienna, could we perhaps pause for a moment and reflect on the fact that destroying someone else's plate-glass windows is, in fact, a crime?
And then (perhaps!) consider the fact that these subpoenas have been issued specifically in the course of an investigation of exactly that sort of crime?
And while we're at it, might we have a look at the fact that these subpoenas, written by the DA's office, weren't binding until they were reviewed and signed by a judge? You know, a member of the judicial branch of US government, and not a member of the executive branch that the police are part of?
