I hope that if he had lived, the arc of his musical career would've included saxophones (maybe a recorded, full-length jam session with fellow Seattleite Kenny G?).

i think he would have quit music and drugs and became a stuntman/DARE style public speaker. and ironically, like DARE, would just drive more kids to do drugs.

@12, and knowing courtney she would probably do the opposite (i.e. hook up with gavin) to get back at kurt, which would make for some hilariously awkward custody battles.
