@2 he's serving 28 years. He'll likely be a part of society again before he dies of natural causes. When he's finally released, do you want him to be reformed and get a normal job, not commit anymore crimes, and die quietly --or-- be vengeful and keep disappearing random young girls?

The question is, what's the type that wants to be his girlfriend/baby momma?

Agree with you. Conjugal rights are available in some prison systems. We can quibble whether that's a "right" or not. But, "what's the type that wants to be his girlfriend/baby momma?"
is a very good question.
