I am a fan of the Gene Simmons Family Jewels and find his wife and and kids to be great people. Simmons has made a lot of heart felt statements about the Fascist regime that destroyed his Jewish family. Simmons quotes:
"I wasn't born here. But I have a love for this country and its people that knows no bounds. I will forever be grateful to America for going into World War II, when it had nothing to gain, in a country that was far away... and rescued my mother from the Nazi German concentration camps. She is alive and I am alive because of America."
And this same man that loves America so much and knows what it's like to be dirt poor would give America over to Corporate America. That's the same Fascism that put us in WWII, Mr. Simmons. Shame on you for putting money before the American people. Mitt Romney is not great business man for that matter. He took over companies, took their assests and outsourced jobs. If you call that good business you are really a terrible man and I will never watch your show again. But then again this isn't your first betrayal. All through your show you told your wife that you never had affairs and it was found that you were having one during the show.

A woman I know, a journalist, has interviewed a huge range of people from Aung San Suu Kyi to girls in brothels in Cambodia. She has had a lot of what she calls "rough" interviews -- to the point where she was once temporarily banned from China and on another occasion got yelled at by several nuns for the questions she was asking Mother Teresa (no small thing for someone who was raised Italian Catholic). But she said one of the most uncomfortable interviews she ever had was with Gene Simmons, because he was basically ignoring her questions and trying to hit on her in the sleeziest way imaginable.
There's no lack of skeezy guys around, but Gene Simmons operates on a world class level.
