I would like to know how "return on investment" is calculated in this context. Does it just meant that most of the money went to support winning candidates? That, by itself, does not make the money well-spent.

I agree w/ @1: It suggests to me that PP only donated to sure things, and ignored the marginal candidates who they might've really helped.

how about this:

We propose that Obama tax the Filthy Wicked Rich and use the money to PAY Liberals to have abortions.

Free Abortions are not enough.

Society has such a vested interest in Liberal Abortion that we should PAY Liberals to abort their babies.

juvenile detention
paying for abortions for pregnant preteens and teens
endless student loans for beauty school
