They SHOULD publicize their reprehensible stances more. Why don't they sat that homosexuals should be put to death?

WHY?

That's what their bible says, right after it says what gives them the framework to hate us (Leviticus etc.)

Out of curiosity— does this dude even have an actual church? I remember he got the boot from LWHS's gym, and a quick search pulls up a Seventh Day Adventists church I assume he rents occasionally?

Like so many kooks, his credentials all seem pretty mail-ordery.

If R-74 had been defeated, fundies would have been shouting from the proverbial rooftops that it was "God's Will!"

But, since R-74 passed, it did so apparently by thwarting "God's Will".

What can we conclude from this? The voice of the electorate is more powerful than "God's Will".

Which makes Hutch's God not so all-powerful and all-knowing as Hutch seems to think...

In case you never noticed, fundy Christians like to cherry pick what they see as acceptable and conveniently only quote the OT when it serves their prejudicial purpose. It's called being hypocritical. And Jesus never said that one type of sin had best dibs on the worst. If Christians want to go to the OT they better be prepared to follow all 613 proscriptions including making daily sacrifices.
