WTF!? Why is there never any love for BBUK 13 winner Luke Anderson? Transgender man wins a competition of close living quarters and intimate moments. Is there another show that shows the depth of a transgender dude? Luke was very much so a normal dude, he has lots of body issues what with the build cis men around and you know what? People helped him work through it! People, even in anger, didn't attack his transgender status. Maybe it's because he has a cis wife?

I have these two friends who were hetero married a number of years ago. There were a number of pressures that compelled them to marry young (early 20's). They have been together since they were teens (now almost 30). Well a couple of years ago the wife came out as transgender and has since undergone transition. I've never inquired, but I think they both knew and were comfortable with the inevitable. Since coming out I think they are both more out-going and I've even spied more public displays of affection. During our college years, many people spent an entire night with them at a party and did not get the impression either were dating someone (heart-breakers!). They are true blue soul mates; putting a lot of other marriages to shame. Color me impressed and heart-warmed. How many husbands would be supportive of their wife's FTM transition?
